Wicks Legal provides a thorough and professional service. The sole proprietor of the business is Mrs Elisabeth Wicks, a solicitor with more than 40 years’ experience and all matters are dealt with by her personally.
Wicks Legal has up-to-date programs and is fully PEXA registered to enable electronic conveyancing to occur when this becomes a requirement for all New South Wales conveyancing transactions. All types of conveyancing are covered including company title and various leasehold interests.
Mrs Elisabeth Wicks is also a very experienced practitioner in drafting wills, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian. Probate and the administration of estates is dealt with expeditiously and efficiently at competitive prices.
Home visits or attendance at nursing homes can be arranged if this is necessary as a result of a disability or illness.
